Minnesota Wild Recalls Tyler Graovac From Iowa

    SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has recalled forward Tyler Graovac (pronounced GRAY-oh-vack) from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL). 

  Graovac, 23 (4/27/93), has registered eight points (7-1=8) and a plus-6 rating in 49 games with Minnesota this season. He has also notched 10 points (7-3=10) including four power-play goals in 12 games with Iowa this season. The 6-foot-5, 212-pound native of Brampton, Ont., owns eight points (7-1=8) in 54 career NHL contests with Minnesota and has tallied 97 points (46-51=97) in 188 AHL games with Iowa. Graovac was selected by the Wild in the seventh round (191st overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft in Saint Paul and wears sweater No. 44 with Minnesota.    Minnesota plays at the Washington Capitals tonight at 6 p.m. CT on FOX Sports North and KFAN 100.3 FM.
