Happy Gilmore was an Adam Sandler 'classic' that started an oddly fascinating trend in the golf world: Run up and crush balls off the tee as hard as you can. In the movie, Gilmore/Sandler does this most times with ease. In real life, such a shot is much more difficult.
This golfer does his best Gilmore impression and ends up failing miserably. As for the cameraman, we're pretty sure he's okay, though after seeing the video, one cannot know for sure.
We do know that golfers should stick to a good ole' regular swing and save the 'theatrics' for the theaters themselves. If for no other reason, do it to keep your cameraman alive.
