With the FAN since: 2000

Most memorable FAN moment: Fishing Opener 2001 on Rainy Lake. Most of our guests at 6:05 a.m. were still pretty played out from the night before, and it got a little wacky and raucous. One gal declared, "I feel like I¹m on Howard Stern!"

The best movie scene of all-time is: The Usual Suspects: When Agent Kujan bolts from the police station and realizes the real identity of ³Keyser Soze.² (Call me dim, but I didn¹t figure it out until that moment.)

If everybody at the FAN was locked in a house, reality show style, who would be the first to get kicked out?: It certainly wouldn¹t be the outdoors guys, since we¹d provide wild game for dinner. Guess I¹ll go with the Common answer.

What is the best feature of KFAN.com?: Bump's Blog, especially when Barrerio is bashing "Mase."

What is your favorite button bar drop of all time?: CC and Freaky use the kitty "meow" button a lot. Something about me and cats. "How 'bout a beer?!" also is popular with Saturday morning listeners, for some odd reason.

Who is your favorite FAN caller of all time: My dad checked in once when he retired from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services and we talked natural resources. That was fun. My brother is in Iraq, and I hope he¹ll be able to check in sometime during fall/winter 2006-07.

When you are done at the FAN what will you be doing?: Either editing the N.Y. Times, serving as CFO of General Electric, or guiding walrus hunters in the Bering Straits.  

And in closing... : I've been filling in on Saturday mornings for more than six years. Guess someone must like the bit.
