Hey, we got jumped at Soldier Field and humiliated. Only have seen that, oh, almost everytime I have come to this stadium with Our Favorite Team.

Much to be shared 9-to-Noon tomorrow but for starters our DL didn't do nearly enough to rattle JAY CUTLER, who was stupendous and now 26-and-0 when he has a passer rating of higher than 100. He made some passes today that were of the elite-QB variety, and we were no match. It really bugged me on that play they called WINFIELD for PI in the end zone because Jay had eight seconds to run around and analyze things. He should have brought a magazine for that play because he needed something to do.

We spread out receivers and still couldn't get open. Our Notre Dame studs -- HARRISON and RUDOLPH -- both left with concussion-like symptoms, and the only thing blowing in the Windy City today was the hot air from my pie hole convincing Rubes we had a chance to win.

We catch them again in two weeks at MOA Field and I very much hope we put up a better fight. We get GB next week on the road and that bad boy could get ugly is we don't better pressure the QB. GB's defense is not in Chicago's class so maybe we'll generate a little more offense and hopefully PERCY will play. Our passing game thoroughly was overmatched today, and the guys just weren't winning battles at the line to get open.

Yep, the day was totally diseased and I thought we'd play much better off the BYE. Bad take, bad game, negative-ass flight home and much work to be done into next week.
