-HEAD COACH TODD RICHARDS RELIEVED OF HIS COACHING DUTIES-
SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced Head Coach Todd Richards has been relieved of his coaching duties effective immediately.
“I would like to thank Todd for the hard work he provided to the Minnesota Wild organization the last two seasons and wish him the best in the future,” said Fletcher.
Fletcher will be available to the media today at 11:15 a.m. near the Wild locker room.
Richards, 44 (10/22/66), posted a record of 77-71-16 in two seasons as Head Coach of the Wild.
