Minneapolis, MN - Second-year Vikings' CB Chris Cook was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of Domestic Assault. Cook, remains in the Hennepin County jail and is being held without bail.

Cook is scheduled for a court appearance Monday morning and is expected to miss Sunday's game against Green Bay as he will be held in jail until then.

The Vikings released this statement Saturday morning...

"The Minnesota Vikings are aware of the incident involving Chris Cook. We take this matter very seriously and are still gathering all the details of the incident. We will not make any further comment at this time."

Not the best timing for a CB that was starting to shine and should have expected big minutes on Sunday.
